Harness Bar
Hey guys...I've done endless research on ractically every relevant subforum on S2KI and really no luck....I know running a harness without a rollbar is unsafe...I don't plan on tracking my car nor do I want a full rollcage...not even a 4-point
mounting the harness by looping it arounf the factory rooll hoops sounds hoaxy and stupid although some members have done it....and mounting the harness with eyebolts behind the seats (behind the vented plastic piece) sounds equally nuts...
I want have a harness bar...Sparco makes one for Evo, STI, on and on and on...but not the S2K...so is there any way for me to find someone that makes one or will I just have to have it custom made...I want something safe...somebody has to have done this...and if I have to have one custom made how much do you think it should run me??
thanks in advance for the help

Really? Their website doesn't really list any products at all. Everything is "coming soon".
Oh well, I'm sure you can find someone that will sell you anything, no matter how idiotic it is.
I encourage anybody thinking about this to take the plastic trim off the area behind the seats and see what they would be trying to attach to. The only things there that can take any substantial fore-aft load are the roll hoops.
