test pipe question

Default test pipe question

If i hvae a Hks exhaust do i have to run a hks test pipe? or will any type bolt up?
Just want to make sure before i order

so i guess what im asking is, is the bolt pattern on my exhaust the same as anyother test pipes bolt pattern

yes, you can run pretty much any test pipe with your hks exhaust

Only absolute morons would have some special bolt pattern that wouldn't match up to the car's stock catalytic converter, and thus, any aftermarket TP. I will assume HKS isn't run by morons, so you can use any TP. Likewise, this assumes every other company isn't run by morons and produced TPs with the same bolt pattern and length as the stock cat.. which is a safe bet.

just make sure to get one that was made for the S2000!!

Yea, you can run any test tipe. It may be a good idea to match piping diameter as well though so you dont create a bottle neck effect in your exhaust.

yup all the test pipes are the same length and same bolt pattern.
