Default Testing EPS

Is there a way to test parts of the powersteering like the module or the rack itself. My PS completely stopped working. I tried to do the reset but all it does is start flashing like its giving me codes. Also the abs is. Ot flashing codes also. Also, Anyone know of a way to repower the eps. Like have it on a toggle switch just so i can get out if parking spots lol

Not sure it makes much difference but knowing just what car (model year) and modifications you have may be helpful...

Wow, you do have a basket case of a car.

CEL on for a possible bad knock sensor (from a different thread)
EPS messed up
ABS throwing lights

I think that's all the computer controlled systems on the S right? I think it's pretty obvious the wire tuck (from the other thread) was not done too well. Re-wire the whole thing.

Then there is a problem with three ECUs since each system has their own computer. This is not very likely to occur all at once unless something went majorly wrong during the wire tucking process.

Your wiring issue may not be what's there, but what is not there...like missing wires or a missing common ground.
