Please excuse my ignorance, I am wondering if any company making a device that we can tab into our car and could calculate 0-60 time? Is this possible? Anyone know? I am just curious.

Apex rev meter will calculate it great. It even compensates for wheel slippage, etc, so you get accurate results. G tech pro is based off a g sensor, where the apex rev meter monitors rpm and mph, with graphs, and can do even more functions with the addition of a g sensor.

Nono, the wheel slippage is so when you look at the graph that the system produces, you wont see spikes in it. The actual 0-60 will me more accurate than just the G-sensor. The apex does everything the gtech does, plus some. It graphs everything out for you. The 0-60 is produced from the point the car roles forward to the point it hits 60. Period. It is going to be accurate because it is going to time until the car hits 60 without the wheels slipping. When the wheels slip, just like in a race, it is still timing, it just doesnt stop the watch when it hits 60 from the wheels spinning. It doesnt show you what you COULD have done, it shows you WHAT YOU DID, and presents that data in a graph. I have owner both the g-tech and apex on my past rx-7, and am much more happy with the apex, that is why I recommend it for the s2k as well.
