There ARE dealerships that work for you!
My car, a MY00, 142250 km now, had to have it yearly (mandatory) check.
So I left it this morning at the dealer and picked it up this afternoon.
This is a Honda dealer that's doing most maintenace on my S2000 and I get all my parts from them.
Not the one I bought the car from.
Because they got a part of the licence number wrong, LJ instead of JL, I think some recalls never showed up on their computer.
They recently changed it.
And guess what, the spark plug and seat belt retracter recall were never done.
The dealer I bought the car from never mentioned that.
When I picked it up this afternoon, they arranged 4 new NGK's and 2 plastic seatbelt retractor thingys for me, free of charge.
The kit the spark plugs were in, also had the original stickers to put in the owners manual, showing the updated NGK part# and torque.
At 90k km I allready changed the spark plugs, so I have another set in stock now.
This dealer is also the one that found out about the Honda Marine SAE 90 GL-5 diff oil.
Honda Welman at Heerhugowaard.

Actually i think it's the European thing. in all Baltic states new car prices are regulated by Honda itself, not the dealers, and so the only way dealers can sell cars is by offering excellent customer service. I thinks this applies to other European countries too
Whenever I leave my car with a dealer, it's always returned washed in and outside (for free) and a little present like a chocolate or smth inside
