yea stock, but driven

I have heard of some changing to the Denso plugs because they run cooler and they claim better performance during hot summer temps (which is mostly when I drive). I am really interested if anyone brings this up, which is sort of why I started the thread.
dont go colder if you dont have 50-100hp upgrades

you dont get more performance

How does time figure into the plug changing routine? My S2000 is model year 2002; plugs were changed circa 2003 in compliance with the recall. I now have about 40,000 additional miles and six years since that changeover. That is well under 105,000 miles, the official change interval, but perhaps the six years of near daily usage means I should change soon. No problems in performance, even at VTEC rpms. Any opinions??

They're less than $20.00 a set ......I piss that much beer away on a Saturday

I changed the plugs when I ran a valve adjustment @ 25k on my 03

OEM heat range unless you're boosted (SC,turbo or NOS)

pulsestar plugs do not have a good reputation. many reports of failed plugs (search the this site). sounds a little early to change your plugs. you could always replace them with the stock ngk platinum or move up to the ngk iridiums.

Yeah that's what I've found, some are $50 a set. I need some new ones and would like to know where you got that price from ?

oem ngk w/o question unless your car is FI,etc. sure you can leave them in for x amount of miles per manual, but its a relatively inexpensive and important item so I like to change them out more frequently.

Ok, OEM, which ones though?? For a MY06 majestic shows NGK and Denso (both platinum I think).
