Default Thinking about doing this for my first performance mods.....

a cold air intake, header, new clutch, flywheel, 50 shot nitrous kit, vtec controller, fuel pressure regulator. my car is stock right now...should i go with these things? or should i do something different. thanks

with nitrous, i recommend a nice 2.5"+ catback exhaust, you need less backpressure with F/I.

nitrous is hard on a motor man... i dont care what they say about it... expect to be tearin your motor down for new rings... yeah its cheap hp but you'll pay in the long run in tear downs and rebuilds

I've had my NX wet kit on for almost a year now. If installed correctly and used correctly, you will never have a problem with the 50 shot. When they advertize "50 shot" they mean it. It added 51.x HP and 40 lbs. of torque. Not for everyone, but no need to be affraid of it either.

Get a single exhaust in there too. Much lighter and a few horses.

basically u need VAFC not just vtec controller, and u want someone who's good to tune it if u want to run nitrous safely.
btw, nitrous is not force induction.
