i had a few parts that needed selling, didn't think they were worth much. pocketed about $250 from selling the items. i probably would've gotten half of that if i sold stuff on craigslist. membership was worth it for me

You would be very wrong. As someone else posted membership is only $20. You'll make more then that by selling on here instead of craigslist.
