Default Thinking about selling the S

Alright, so heres the low down. I finally paid off my car a couple months ago which is BIG relief. But not having a job has been really hard on me. I do work as a temp but they only call me when they are busy. Which is rarely in this season. So I'm thinking about putting the car back to stock and trade it in (plus cash on their end of course) for a used civic of some sort. That way I can sell my parts and not worry about having another deadline to make. I love my S and I can't bare the thought of parting it out. What should I do?

I think that really depends on the size/offset of your bbs lm's, and how much you would sell them to me for.

LoL. Honestly I would keep it if you just finished paying it off. Your car looks awesome! If mine looked like that I wouldnt even have to think about deciding. It is your car and everything, but thats just what I think.

If i were you, i would hold out and make it work. The s2000 is a great car, and it looks like you have put a lot of quality parts and time into the vehicle. I just think it is something too big to get rid of in order to take some headaches away.

I wouldn't get rid of my S unless i absolutely had to.

You know, nothing cheers me up quite like a drive in the S. You are in a unique situation where you don't have to worry about a car payment while you are unemployed. Why mess with a good thing?

I know I would have killed for zero car payments while I was unemployed. Would have made my life much less stressful.

Are you saying you're short on cash? If so you are in a tough situation. If money is tight you could go back to stock while selling the upgrades(wheels, HT...). That way you would have a little bit of money, but still have the car, albeit not as nice looking.
