I used a Hella horn that I got from Griot's Garage. They have two in their catalog, I got the cheaper one for $39.95. The other one is described as a "long range" horn with the sound pattern being more directional, rather than out to the sides. It did not come with a relay and I don't appear to need one. I just wired it directly to the stock horn lead.
The sound is loud enough that when I've blasted someone who's about to make a bonehead move towards my car, I've actually seen them jump.

Here's the pair I installed, also from Susquehanna Motorsports, for about $30 with shipping. They're the city type, which is perfect for me since I seldom use the horn at a distance.
