Default thunderstorms

I know this is the dumbest post ever but i must ask. In Florida a few of us had the same concern and My question is how safe is the s2k soft top when riding in a tropical lightNing storm.
We get some nasty tropical storms and the Heavy rain along with some crazy lightNing which can def make things a bit...interesting. whats your thoughts on this and share your story of the most intense storm you and your S made it out of

If you're a better ground than the frame around the windshield or roll hoops you're a dead man.

There is zero protection in a soft top car.

Odds of it happening though? Should strike a taller car first.

if you have a hardtop, id imagine you'd be fine...soft top, youre probably cooked for sure, but im fairly certain the odds are so slim youd probably be mauled by a flock of penguins before that happened

nooooooo your fine, if lightning strikes the car, which it would hit the car not your fleshy fat mass, it would deliver the charge straight into the grounded 4 tires.

I'd imagine it would hit the windshield frame and thus you'd be fine.
