It's always funny to see people from other places think they get "bad" weather. Heh.

LOL. If only that were all. Here's what an Oklahoma weather forecast can look like:

Monday - Highs in the 20s, winds in excess of 50mph, a couple inches of freezing rain followed by a foot of snow (or the opposite)
Tuesday - Highs in the 80s, winds in excess of 70mph, 100% humidity, 12" of rain and grapefruit-size hail. Flooding guaranteed.
Wednesday - Highs in the 110s, no wind, no clouds, 60% humidity, and a mid-afternoon earthquake. You will die if you go outside.
Thursday - Highs in the 80s, winds in excess of 300mph, 100% humidity, several inches of rain while 127 different tornadoes and a million bolts of lightning hop-scotch across the state. Good f@#king luck.
Friday - Highs in the 70s, sunny, 5mph breeze. Everyone in the state is at the car wash or golf course.

A lot of misinformation here. Never lay flat on the ground during a lightning storm. Crouch down, both feet together, and place your head between knees. Also, penguins form colonies, not flocks.

Carry on.
