red/black...no tickets yet!

 

Silver...1 ticket.

 

o.k.- the results are in:
conclusion- there are way too many silver cars out there!... wish i could post an excel here, but:

red- stop only 8
ticket 5
good folks 6

silver- stop only 10
ticket 9
good folks 9

black- stop only 1
ticket 10
good folks 1

white- stop only 1
ticket 1
good folks 1

blue- only one car was ever built and no one ever saw it so it hasn't been stopped yet!! (sorry for the commentary- wish i could see one)

looks like if you drive a black car and get stopped you are very likely to get a ticket- also looks like they like to stop red cars, but dont always give them tickets!

 

So to make it short, if you drive black cars, you are more attractive to DONUTS boys. BTW, out of those 10 tickets that black cars got in our little survey, 3 are mine. So I know what I am talking about. Out of those 3 times, I was just going with the flow of the traffic, nothing outrageous...

Two tickets (after none in nine years)
97/65 - five year old K-40 never even chirped, factory replaced it. I've since installed a V1.

84/60 - Even a V1 won't always help with Instant On Radar.

 

Red/Black
1 Ticket 88 mph in 60 mph.
Trying to get away from a jerk who wouldn't let me over. This car brings out the a-hole in other people. They all think they have something to prove.

 

yellow / black...have the car for a little more than a week... 1300 miles. No tix, but I've already had 2 cops follow me around eyeing my every move.

 

red/black - had it 4 weeks - two stops, two tickets and a warning (for no plate).
and btw, it has 2800 miles on it already. =D

that's gotta be a record for me
