hey i would like to know if this is compatible with virginia law too. i got a ticket yesterday and want to definately fight the ticket. can i send in my not guilty plea VIA mail in virginia?

i hate virginia(the communist state).

VA IS GREAT!!! Where else can you get 125 in a 55 and be convicted of "Improper Driving"?

$750 to the Lawyer, $ 45 to the Courthouse...and only 1 point on the license?!?
