Sure. not lowering the car at all wont change anything in the way of geometry, much less call for these crazy parts, but the things you would not be able to achieve are some of the major points of aggressive alignments:
-Without the Tie Rods and Toe Rods, toe-in and toe-out could not be achieved.
-Without The Control Arms, agressive camber cannot be set. Caster is somewhat adjustable too.
-With the Bushings, deflection is minimized, steering angle is improved and so forth.
