lol, i love the car... i love it a lot, i just look at my old car (99TL) and i miss it a lot. the comfort, the luxury, the comfort!
i love the S2000 a lot. but getting in/out is a bitch, and it's not as fast as i thought it to be. sure the TL wasn't a sky rocket, but for an automatic sedan, it was awesome.
i know many claimed they were so mad they bought the S2000 b/c it's so sluggish and they need something faster, and they're tired of loosing races... and i want to state, THIS IS NOT THE CASE!
i didn't buy it to drag race it, and i didn't buy it thinking i'm driving a Z06, i guess i was blinded by it's looks and first impressions too much. sure it fits like a glove on me (5' 11 150) and i love how i'm snug in the seat and the go cart handling, but at times it feels too tights ya know. i do put 100+ miles a day on it, so it gets a bit uncomfortable at times.
for a weekend car however, this car rocks. i guess a big downside is i live in florida... our sunny days are lately rare, and in the summer you gotta be CRAZY to drop the top. i sweat just walking out to my car (and it's garaged lol)
i think what bugs me most is that i can drive a stick civic or e46m3 WAY better than i can drive my own car.
it bogs sooo much at low rpms (but we all know that) and the high reving just doesn't work for me at times.
don't get me wrong again... i knew all this before hand, but hey, this car is so beautiful and so snug inside, that you forget all about it. i'm also aware that my driving capabilities probably suck compared to those that track the car! i rarely push it to it's limits (cause i don't even know what they are!)
sounds like i should give my car up huh?... FVCK NO!
i really do love it, i was just joking about voting yes!
it's just that it annoys me that most of my driving is rush hour in the morning and rush hour at night. it annoys me that our weather sux a$$ and a convertible is basically pointless here!
BUT I REALLY DO LOVE IT!
just venting folks!
so who actually read this all?
