Tired of the S?????
If you own an S you need to take it to at least one track day or an autocross or something! If you don't you probably won't be able to ever appreciate how good this car really is. If you drive this car on a road course back to back with almost any expensive sports car it's performance holds up well. Sure it's not the fastest car in a straight line, but it's handling is hard to beat vs any stock car. This car rewards pushing it right to the limit and then just holding it there. If you go too far it bites you, and I love it love it love it. As far as driving it daily, most people probably would like a nice soft plush captains seat for their overly large rump. I still can't believe people complain about this car. Owning any car will always be somewhat of a compromise.
If you get the portly SUV you probably car expect to hang the tail out around your favorite corner just for fun. Yet with the SUV your weight makes you safe so therefore you can drive like a moron. You can yak on the cell phone drink you coffee and eat you short stack of pancakes in the morning all while driving to work. When you errantly smash into that poor sap in the econo car at a red light youll be just fine due to your bulbous SUV. Whoops that kind of turned into a rant. But, it's true, everyone thinks lets make cars safer and bigger. This way we can all act like idiots on the road and everyone will be okay. Yipppppeeeeeee!!!!!

Tired of my S? Hell no!
I love this little jewel a little bit more every time I drive it. That's a fact.
Do I get new car envy every once in a while thinking about buying the new Lexus sport ute (GX 470 that debuts at the end of this year) or while dreaming about the M5 that I passed on the way in this morning? Yes, I'm guilty of that. It's a sickness really.
But for my money, the S2000 is still the absolute screaming bargain that I bought it for. In my not entirely humble opinion, it offers the most visceral driving experience available for anything even remotely near its price. Yes, there are quicker cars. Yes, there are newer cars. Yes, there are cars that post higher lateral g's. You know what, none of that matters.
What matters is the way that I feel behind the wheel. What matters is the way that I can almost tell what the car is going to do before it does it. What matters is the way that the car talks to my butt, my feet, my hands, my ears and eyes.
The S is plenty fast for me, thank you. And for the $, I'm in love.
