Default Tires on the '04

Has anyone checked the tires in the US?

I noticed on the Japanese site that Honda say 245/40R17 91W for the rears ..... this is wider than previous years isn't it?

It is the same as the US James.

I don't think anyone has the exact amount of tread in inches (or centimeters) yet but if you go by the comparision (225 to 245) it is wider. But then the "225" S02s had a similar tread amount as a regular 245. I would suspect if it was wider, it wouldn't be by much.

Thanks George .... I was just surprised that they changed the dimensions that they were quoting, even if physically they haven't changed the size .....

I also just noticed that they seem to have a 3rd darker silver colour as well .....

We now have
Sebring Silver ,

Silverstone , and

Moonrock

which looks to be darker .....
