Default Titanium vs Aluminum

I just bought a titanium shift knob from ebay the guy claims its oem honda and by the looks of it, the knob does look oem but i wouldnt be able to tell if its aluminum or titanium, i know i sound like a dumb ass but this is coming from a guy who has nothing to compare this shift knob with..... also is has a few scratches any suggestions to fix it?

I took Scotch brite, the green side to the scratches.. and then took 0000 steal wool to smooth it out.. Did it to my friends Ti voodoo knob and it came out perfect.. Be careful though

Curious to know if there is a Ti knob like this one. I haven't called a dealership to see if it is real or not, yet.

Titanium OEM shiftknob weighs more than the stock alu one.
plus it has a bling bling finish and its sorta gold looking
