I ordered a Toda exhaust manifold and should receive it within the next 2 weeks. Can someone please verify whether this exhaust manifold eliminates the CAT? I have a DCRH on my wife's Civic, and I know that it eliminated the CAT, just wondering if the Toda exhaust manifold does as well.

 

If you're talking about the Toda header, no, it doesn't eliminate the cat.

 

Yes...header...race header...exhaust manifold...I believe they all mean the same thing.

So, I'll need to get a test pipe, along with this header, if I want to eliminate the CAT, correct?

Poop! I guess Toda specifically intended to retain the factory CAT when they designed this header.
