In the December 30, 2001 Sunday New York Times, there is an article entitled, "Drives that Made the Year Worthwhile."

The author mentions the S2000, "Other perennial favorites include two great sports cars, the Honda S2000 and Porsche Boxster, and the perfect freeway cruiser, the big Mercedes S-Class."

Although there is no other mention of the S2K, the whole article is worth reading at www.nytimes.com . You have to register but it is free.
