Being in California my top is down almost all the time and the cover is installed. I put some duct tape ears on the two pin releases to make it easier to grab and pull to remove. I do take it off and leave it behind on road trips so it does not take up luggage space in the trunk. I put the top up at nighty or when it does actually rain in CA!
Will see if I can get a 'folded" pic.

Thanks. I've followed the instructions printed on the underside of the tonneau and it still seems very big in the boot(trunk). I guess I need to find somewhere in my little flat(apartment) to hide it, seeing as the rains are here in full effect!

THANK YOU! I'm glad I wasn't the only one. I tried to put mine on twice, failed both times, let it sit around my garage, then finally sold it to get it out of the way.

It's fairly easy to install once you figure it out, but hardly worth it since it doesn't even look good. I've used mine twice in five years and will never use it again.

Great idea to make the releases easier to pull. Also I found the elastic straps discussed in the interior thread are important. Stretched straps can make the folded top up to an inch higher and the pins almost impossible to reach. The cover keeps dust out and looks good. Too bad it's so bulky.

Maybe THIS was my problem with never being able to install it successfully. I did end up replacing the elastic straps on my top with new ones to pull the top down further like its suppose to. I guess my failed attempts at installing the cover were before I replaced those elastic straps.

You'd be shocked at the price : check Majestic's web site: Unless their diagram is wrong it's over 600 at their price, 900 retail :0

I have used the soft top cover on my car exactly once. I still have it in the original plastic that it came in and it's on a shelf in a closet in my home. It's bulky, a bit cumbersome to manipulate, and takes up a lot of space in the trunk when not on the car. That's just my opinion (some insist it's easy to put on and off and takes up minimal space), and it's all a matter of what you are accustomed to, I bet. I think, though, that this was a popular opinion - right or wrong.

I remember when folks could hardly GIVE them away. People were selling them for $20. I am seeing them now on ebay for as high as $400. Wild.

A bit of trivia: Honda never called this thing a tonneau cover. In the owner's manual, it is referred to as the convertible top cover. In parts manuals, it has been referred to as the soft top cover. This is comparable to what other marques refer to as a boot cover.

A tonneau cover has some similarities to our soft top cover, but is different. A tonneau usually covers the cockpit. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...tonneau002.jpg

Just saw a comment on a thread from a few years ago about storing the cover behind the seats when the top is up. Just remember to remove before lowering the thing. Have not tried it but I thought it was a great idea.
