I tried to put it on when the car was new. It seemed like it was too small, I couldn't attach all of the fasteners. After spending 20 minutes tugging on it, and looking on here for install tips, I threw it in the trash.

That is pretty funny.

It looks a lot neater roof down when fitted.

I use mine if it's a long trip and the weather forecast is OK (not very often in the UK).

Bit of a faff to locate the pop fixings fitting it, but much easier to take off.

Does Honda refer to this part as a tonneau cover? I would call it a boot.

I thought the term 'tonneau cover', in relation to open sports cars, referred to this type of cover:

Seems like this type of cover would really come in handy, especially with a CR. It's old school, but practical.

Edit: I posted before I read the whole thread. Now that I saw RMurphy's post above, all I can say is, my post has pretty pictures

Edit #2: Who knew that MGBs came in LBP?

I'm glad you mentioned the T cover.I've got one but don't know where it is.Haven't thot of it in years.

I don't use the OEM indoor cover either.Useless outdoors.

I bought my S from the original owner last spring and he still had it sealed in the original plastic. So, therefore, it still sits sealed in the original plastic. I have wanted to try it but haven't had the opportunity. I only see myself using it if I take a long trip and go top down the whole time or for a group drive. For just driving around town I don't think I will ever use it. I mean, it's almost been a year and I haven't used it once.
