Funny thing! The other evening after top down driving in the afternoon, I had the experience of finding out the answer to the speed question.

I put the top up but didn't latch the top because I thought I would use it top down again soon. I don't like to park it uncovered. So I am driving along listening to tunes, oblivious to the extra noise, as I begin accelerating on to the freeway in first gear it started to seriously lift off as I neared VTEC, I guess at about 40mph. I had to feel really stupid, pull over and lower the top cause I couldn't get it latched quickly.
