Default Top Down

Whats going on everyone...Purchased an 04 last November so I haven't had a chance to put the top down much as I reside in the NW. I was curious if anyone had experience with things being toss or thrown into thier car while the top was down either from haters or morons from the street or other vehicles?

congrats on the car. I know what you mean around the NW especially with the recent snow eh heh. As far as things being thrown at me, ive never had that happen. Most people give me thumbs up. You shouldnt worry about a thing. Enjoi the car.

I remember a post from someone regarding a burrito being "thrown" into his open top car from a rogue seagull overhead.

Does that count?

If you search through the forums, there is a thread about this. I've only had my car for like 6 months, so I really couldn't speak for everyone here...but nothing was ever thrown into my car. My worst fear is a bird taking a dump right over my car, but hopefully that doesn't happen!

I live near Seattle and yeah...my car is tucked nicely in the garage for now. I can't wait until spring.

And unless I get caught in some weird rain storm, the top stays down. Well...I guess there are some exceptions. If i'm stopping by the store or something on my way home, then I'll usually just keep it up until I get home. No sense in putting it down for 2 miles.

I've never had anyone throw something in my car <knock on wood>. If anything, people will comment on the car instead. I have caught a plastic bag on the freeway though. Just doing my part to prevent littering.

Congrats on the purchase.

Haven't had anything thrown into the car (yet). Have had rain and snow in the car with top down though. I've heard of people being pooped on too, I guess its a rise you'll have to take.
