Please forgive me if this question has been answered a zillion times before, but, how fast have you gotten your S2K to? I've been to 145 and it felt as stable as 85. Will the car really do 160? Is there a limiter? Thanks in advance for any response.

It makes sense if you were going down hill . . . You WERE going down hill right? Maybe a tail wind? 160 is common, but 170? was the redline light blinking?

The rev limiter would cut in at 170.2 so theoretically it is possible. Probably with a downhill grade, tail wind or both.

Also keep in mind the speedometer seems to be a bit optimistic so you might see 170 at an actual 163. Even more plausible.

The only limiter, besides drag, is the rev limiter. 9K in 6th gear translates to 162 mph.

I worked out 9k in 6th to be 166.05(indicated)

But then the limiter doesnt hit till later . . .

And yes I am aware of the speedo discrepancy
