Top for me was 137 just south of Point Sur Light, California Highway 1, a two-lane straight but up-and-down grade B asphalt stretch a few miles north of Big Sur. Car definitely needed more downforce, tho more worried about CHP than losing it.

Never done it with the GPS in the car or checked with the RADAR gun, so I really don't know how fast that is, but it's fast enough.
