top up or down

Not sure I never have it up unless it is raining. Top up would have less drag effect on the car so up would be faster. However it looks faster with top down.

Top up is faster - less wind disturbance. That said I never put my top up (30 min through rain storm on Hwy on Sat.). Except on the track. It's also a track rule.

the only time that i have the top up is when it is pouring i have lived threw my first top down rain storm and it is funny i didnt even get wet! i was afraid of the leather but nothin came in the car it was weird but i am not complaining though i think that she still is fast with top down and i have more fun with the top down too

There's a noticeable difference above 100 MPH. Top up is faster above 100 for the reasons expose above.
