The only reason I don't drive around on the highway with top up windows down is the noise. Even though I should, wishing it would rip and I could just get a hardtop

it wont harm anything, on cloudy days sometimes when i dont want to put the top down i will just roll down the windows. I do have to say I have the top down a lot more than up.

Keep in mind that one can ride with the top up and the windows partially down but driving with the windows up and the top partailly down is not recommended.

And if you never do it, then nobody should?

No harm in doing this. In fact, on the track it is usually required for windows to be down (for reasons of emergency access to the driver or egress from the car). And sometimes people run with the top up, either because of the weather or because they want the aerodynamic benefit.

So if people can do it on the track at very high speeds, it's fine for the highway too.
Easy there, tough guy.

I was simply saying what I do, and not telling you how you should drive the car.

My post was simply stating that if its warm enough I want the windows down for some air, I want the top down also. It is way too noisy inside with just the windows down.
