Default tops leaking, is seal replacement a DIY?

my cars an 02 with just over 40k miles and it's leaked a little bit a few times in the year i've had it

but this past weekend it rained hard for 2 days straight and water was coming through alot whenever i braked or turned

it drips through the peice above the window that latches down to the windshield, but not inbetween the windshield and the top, it's like coming through that big seal above the window somehow

i can see a few screws holding that seal in place, are they easy to change out? or should i take to the dealership and let them check it out / replace them?

any help/info appreciated
