Default Torn....

Long story short I am needing some advice about exhaust, I just took off an invidia V3 and put stock back on. And.....i LOVE it Kinda... I think that i kinda maybe grew out of the insanely loud car thing or something.

What i like: Lower profile from stock appearance, I can drive the car a little without being too cautious as to 'make too much noise', my stereo got a lot louder

What I dont like: Weight! damn that stock is heavy.... VTEC......is much tamer now - I almost dont know when i'm getting up in the revs.

So I dont know what to do - my ideal exhaust is a quiet single exit but I'm not sure what would qualify. I wouldnt mind something a little more aggressive sounding but just not crazy loud. If im 6K+ I dont care how loud it is, its supposed to be loud up there
I have a test pipe as well so I guess I'm not all stock...

Any ideas?

Nate

Ooh dude, the stock exhaust can be annoying sometimes when you downshift. I don't see why you need to make it louder than it's already is. I say stick with the stock exhaust man.

Yea.......that honestly sounds like good advice. I'm not too convinced that I get substantial power gains from an exhaust....I am however, very convinced that the TP really opened things up. So I guess my reason for the exhaust would be weight, but I'm sure that instead of spending 1500 for an exhaust that will lose 50 lbs, I could spend that $$ elsewhere....

Thanks for the input guys........

oh yea, anyone wanna buy an Invidia V3?
