Default Touch Up Spray Paint

I need to put some replacement panels on my car and want to paint the back sides where they might be seen to match my car. Anybody know who makes a can or spray paint that matches Sebring Silver well??

i don't think you'll find spray paint that will match that. Metallic paint is a 3 step process.

Thanks

I'm not looking for a direct match just something close so the current color, which doesn't match the car, and will be hard to cover becasue of the position, when the car is eventually painted, isn't so noticable.

I guess I am not understanding. How big are the pieces you want to paint? Would Honda Touch-up paint be enough? You can get that at the dealer.

I am restoring and tuning a 2002 roll over. The car is Sebring Silver. I have one black front fender, one red, one yellow door etc. Its hard to paint whole parts that are semi assembled. I though tit would be easier to use a spray bomb on the backsides where you won't get good coverage/overspray if you paint the car once everything is assembled.

I would just do an entire paint job, it'll be easier and it's the only way it'll all match.

Probably good advice. I'm just concerned that if I paint the car once it's all assembled I won't get good coverage in all areas and you might see some of the other colors in the seam areas etc. One other option is to paint all the components completely before assembling them to the car but thats alot more work and complication.

It would be easier to paint them off the car and assemble. The fenders are a piece of cake to put on. The door I have never tried.

I know. It's just the set up time to do it that way. You have to set up twice to paint and I am not doing the painting myself but it might be the smart way to do it.
