There was a guy a while back who towed a 3000lb boat with his S, so it is definitely possible. I'm sure someone on here has a link to the original thread.
My opinion though: just because it's possible doesn't mean you should do it.

The Honda manual says the S2000 is not designed to tow anything.
It's a race car. A convertible.
However should you decide to try, please post some pictures and let us know how it went -- at your own risk.
You may find a truck or SUV for the jetskis or double trailer a better choice.

well i might be getting either 1 or 2 jetskiis with single or double trailer.... will i be able to tow them with the S?
400 - driver weight (150 lbs) = 250 lbs left
S isn't designed to tow a trailer!

Will you be towing it for hundreds of miles at highway speeds? In that case, I think maybe not. A single jetski would be more realistic than two.
I tow a tire trailer that probably weighs about 500 pounds or so, maybe a little more or less. (I've never weighed it.) You have to remember you are towing, and be smooth with your throttle imputs. I'm certain the towing puts less stress on the car than the track miles I do once I get where I'm towing....

My tire trailer weighs 500lbs. The S tows it just fine. (Recently made a 900 mile round trip with a passenger, full trunk, and the trailer at highway speeds. Hardly knew it was there.)

some more:
-is there enough braking ability or do you need trailer brakes & a controller?
-stability of the combined suspensions to damp out fast driver input.
2 jetskiis with single or double trailer is alot of weight! how can you even think this bro? if i saw this on the road i might call it in on my cell, sorry. a small tire traler explores the limits of these cars.
