I have a 1999 10 AE Mazda Miata. The car is very clean with all options except the hardtop. The car has 33000 miles on it. Their is a dealer in abilene texas ,150miles away, that has a 2002 White/red with 2000 miles on it for sale. Does anybody have any idea what a fair price difference would be? I have been looking for a while and would really like a S2k. Thank you........this forum is great.

You'd probably do better selling the 10AE here: http://www.miata.net/cgi-bin/isc/classifieds.cgi before trading it in. The 10AE is by far my favorite M2 Miata
(with the 93LE being my favorite M1).

99 Tenth Anniversary models seem to be asking $15k don't know what they are actually selling for but a dealer isn't going to come very close to that. My best guess would be your Miata and $15-$20 for a 2002 S2000.
