Default Trailer hitch

Can anyone recommend a trailer hitch?? Before you laugh me off the site I am looking for a hitch merely to add a single road bike, bike carrier. (Like to take training rides at lunch and it pains me to think I will have to take my truck to work on those sunny summer days. I live in WI and there aren't that many to begin with!!)

I found a unit at hitch-web.com but under their notes section it states that the crossmember can be seen below the bumper which would stink aesthetically.

This site has always been good for ideas. Thoughts...

There's been a few threads in the Racing and Competition forum that you might want to browse. The catch is the hitches there are aimed at towing small trailers, making them beefier and more expensive. For a bike, I think I'd just use a trunk-mounted clip-on rack. Not elegant but cheap and light...

PM Coraldoc, He has a small hitch setup that doesn't look obvious at all!

If you put a hitch on your S2000, I've always thought it would be cool to buy a totaled S2000 and use the rear end and make a storage trailer to pull behind. Then wire the tail lights up and match all 6 wheels.

Just beware, a hitch on the S means voiding the warranties, look in your manual and you will see...

I tried to do it last year and that completely shyed me away.

Another solution would be a completely removable hitch.....

Check out this thread, especially the reply and pics by Elistan.
If you want one of these hitches do a seach for member "h.Hammerly" he makes them.
