Default Tranny Fluid? Suggestions?

It's about that time to do my 30,000 mile service which means changing the tranny fluid. Anyone have any suggestions on different ones that would make for a smoother tranny? I've heard about some here and there but I can't remember names...or should I just use the normal generic Honda tranny fluid? Suggestions would be great ...Thanks

Norm

A lot of people suggest plain ol' Honda MTF

I'm going to be using LE-607 for my Differential and I'm gonna use Red Line for my Tranny...

Is LE-607 from Honda or is it an aftermarket fluid?

And it's not for the transmission.

At 30k you should probably do a clutch bleed also.

As far as different tranny oil, I just change to Syncromesh FM (GM product) and it is much smoother over a wider temperature range than the Honda OEM.

YMMV

Are there any other conditioners that need to be added to the fluid?
