This tranny and diff are particularly sensitive to "old" fluid. You should consider changing both annual rather than waiting for the Honda service interval. As mentioned, a clutch bleed annual (or every couple of years) is also a really good idea to keep things working well.
Honda MTF for me. I've heard that the GM Syncromesh is good but does not last long. With it, you might need to change it out every few months to keep the "smoothness".

WOW annual eh! I got 2yrs and 9800miles on mine. Was thinking of changing out the diff at 10,000 with LE-607. I wasn't too sure about what to do with the tranny but you suggest every year to change those out? hmm I guess it wouldn't hurt. Maybe I will wait and do both before I put her away for the winter. What do you all think?

Oh and I was going with the Redline MTL for the tranny lube.

For a low mileage car like yours, perhaps annually is overkill, so maybe every couple of years for you. Early fluid changes, especially for the tranny and diff on this car will never hurt and the benefits may be well worth the small effort and expense of doing it.
I've heard that Redline MTF is a good choice.

i've had good luck with honda mtf. it's best to change it out annually, it literally feels like you're slicing through warm butter...or maybe i just have a well-built transmission.

Redline MT90 for me. It works amazing the hot temps we see in Vegas. When it's winter here the it is a little notchy for a minute or so when the car is cold but after the car is fully warmed up it's perfect again. It also holds up very well at track temps. I bought it form the s2ki marketplace.
