Default Trunk question again!

Is there anyway you can get into the trunk and get it open from the passenger side seat?. I know theres a compartment there but for the 06 models (which i have) doesn't seem to have a opening.

I don't understand your question- do you need to run wires or something? If you take the panel off from behind the passenger seat and open the spare tire compartment you may be able to get something through.

It's not easy, but it can be done. You would have to remove the vented panels behind the seat, then push something (like a broomstick) through there, under the top well, and try to pop out the cover that hides the spare tire. Then use the broomstick to try to release the latch.

May I inquire why you would want to?
Why not use one of the three easy ways (keyfrob, key in lock, button in glove dept)?
It might be a silly question, but I am curious...
