The torsion bar partially slipped out of the hole in the trunk hinge so now my trunk has a gap when it's closed. Where can I buy the tool to remove the torsion bar? I've noticed that spoiler installation guides label the tool as T/N 08m10-sm4-100.

 

Now I just need to know where to buy the tool.
