A while back someone posted there findings on the 4.44 - 4.57 - 4.77 gears from Mazda and Kia I believe. I wanted to find out which vehicles they came from so I can look into buying one and having it cryo treated for the S. I would use the search function but it's down for now and there's probably a million post on gears but I'm looking this specific post.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

 

i know that the 4.44 came from a mazda b- series truck.. the 4.77 came from kia sportage front axle.. tha 4.57, i dont know...

Perhaps a search with "gears" & "big ben" will come up with what you need.
The 4.33/4.44/4.77's are all manufactured by Mazda.
The 4.57 is a ratio uniqe to Rick's.
