Is this the cure to the grinding problem, should we all take our cars to the dealer to have this fixed ASAP...Please advise.
Come to think of it I was at my Honda dealer last week for an oil change and they did no mention any of this....Hmmmm

It is my understanding that if your car exhibits the grind you are eligible for the fix; it is on a case-by-case basis. Anyone experienced this yet? Please reply. I think cdelena has taken his to his dealer.

You will still get questioned at the dealer about frequency and repeatability but if your dealer can be convinced of the difficulty of duplication you should have sucess. It may pay to wait until ground has been broken at the dealership and they have done a few to make the process easier. I've lived with the "grind" for over a year now and I need resolution.

As for me I do have the problem but am going to wait until my clutch starts to go. It is my understanding that they put in an upgraded clutch when they do the work. So I might as well wait. Not to mention with the colder weather here now it happens very rarely.
