While I think some of the other members are being harsh, I certainly agree that you did not have your car at 180 mph...unless you massively changed the gearing of the car. I don't even know if the S2000 would be stable at those speeds.

Jay is right. I have a video that was posted here a while back. Someone with the SC was able to hit 281kph (just under 175mph) and the tach was damn near pegged.

As for stability, it appears to be fine at 175, but I have no idea what kind of body modifications this guy may have done since the video is completely focused on the instruments.

Given how well the temp gauge and fuels gauge show up, I would expect the MPH or KPH indicator to be quite visible, unless is was *ahem* photoshopped out.
