In Cali, depending on the components, it will not pass. I tried once just for shits n giggles w/ my Teg. Wasn`t even close. This was w/ a DRAG kit.

Even if you put the Cat back on, the MSD ignition should not pass inspection. Might not show up on emissions test, per se, but it's "illegal" for ODB2 cars. I have no idea if the inspection places would notice, but it's technically illegal. This is one of the few drawbacks to the speedcraft turbo setup...it just might not be practical for everyone.
