Fperra,
The Motec system, however, requires the use of aftermarket sensor kits (for example, a crank trigger), as it cannot read some of the stock information, I believe. Makes it more expensive and more work to install...
Just fyi,

Wes, sorry if my grammer made it look like i was pointing at you. Fact is, without your help, I might still be at ground zero.
The point was that your diagnosis was correct! the map voltage I set was wrong. I just hadnt experimented with the map clamp and while your suggestion turned our to solve the problem your advise was to mimic your system which was working flawlessy and i just didnt want to spend more $$$$$$$$$$.
WES IS THE MASTER!!!!!

Ok i took you guys advice and ordered to pretty detailed Forced Induction books, which talks about turbo and superchargers how they work, how to design or choose the right one for right size engine or for right power band, etc etc. I would be reading those and ofcourse asking probably another 473 different questions.
Well now something easy. Is it better to buy UR or Speedcraft kit and get it installed in a performance shop ( there is no way I can install that thing, I have installed my own AEM intake and it took me a total of 3 hours) or let a shop to build a custome turbo kit for the car. Someplaces offered me that by buying some of the parts for the turbo from manufacturers and ordering the snail directly, and get an ems or piggyback and make it work. I was more in favor of buying the kit since it might look nicer because of the fittings and nice cut polished pipes and feels like things would work more in harmony. I feel like i will have enough tuning problems I dont want to add more problems to it. But if someone says no Andy, you should go with a custom kit since it would be more personal for your car and it would work better, than i might go that way too.

Once you have a good feel for what you want, I suggest going with a kit with the understanding that you may want to swap out a few parts here and there. Only the truly adventurous/knowledgable should put the stuff together piecemeal.
Ok, now I feel a little better about this turbo thing since I have been freking looking at diagrams and explanations for the last 3 days. Now whats next? Whats the next step? Learning right air fuel ratios for different rpms and throttle positions?
I suggest deciding what type of components you'd like in your system. For example, do you plan on going with a replacement ECU, such as AEM? If so, I would search the boards and newsgroups learning as much about their operation and advantages/disadvantages as possible.
