Default Turbo & SC pricing...

For those that know the prices of individual parts... how much
do you think these parts are worth??

-FMAX high-carbon cast-steel turbo manifold
-Closed-loop mandrel bent downpipe (eliminates cracking/includes thermal barrier)
-intercooler piping, choice of color, silver or powdercoat black
-closed loop intake piping
-T3/T4 Hybrid turbo
-Deltagate external wastegate 9psi is standard unless specified
-Fmax intercooler core with 99% charge-side efficiency
-K&N filter
-HKS Racing blowoff valve

This is from a Accord FMAX turbo kit.. and it cost $2500...
Since I am newbie at this, I'm wondering what do those kits for
S2000 come with that commands the additional $2000-$4000
more? I know that R/D cost money... but is it worth $2k-$4k on
EACH kit?????

If you're talking about the Speedcraft kit it comes with a much higher quality stuff than what you're talking about. A Delta Gate is okay but it's no Tial 46 mm, nor is a T3/T4 hybrid a hifi 60-1 (straight T4). The intercooler in that kit probably isn't 4.5 inches thick either. I won't even comment on how there are no fuel system upgrades included in what you mentioned. How much is quality worth?

derryck,

Yup.. you're right....

Apparently, I forgot to include these parts in the above message..
all info came from a friend of mine that owns a Accord.. I will find
out more from FMAX if possible...

-Lucas fuel injectors
-ERL MF2 Additional injector controller, delivers fuel up to 2bar or 30psi of boost
-choice of either MSD-Boost timing master or R ideal head gasket to lower static compression ration which allows 13psi of boost on 92 octane fuel
