Turbo Timer
Ok...this is one thing that I saved from my last Eclipse...
I have a Blitz turbo timer, I think it would be a nice thing to put on the S...I personally like to let my car cool down a little bit after long drives and hard drives...I know that the purpose of a turbo timer is to let the oil cool so it doesn't cook and get hard inside the HOT turbo and mess up the bearings...I know this.
But I still think that any engine, turbo or not, would like some cool down time...obviously I don't need to do it near as long for an N/A car. But I thought that since I have the TT, why not install it.
Are there any harnesses to make them plug and play with the S? Will they work the the factory alarm?
Besides, this TT also has a lap timer, and manifold pressure gauge in it...timer I never used, but the gauge would be a nice thing to know...perhaps I could look at changes in vaccum pressures at WOT after certain mods and certain conditions to help learn the motor better...ohh, and I also know that under WOT in an N/A motor, vaccum decreases (gets closer to 0psi rather than -whatever), and that under decel, vaccum is higher...I'm not talk about learning basics
