I have a question regarding specific differences in the power delivery between a turbocharged s2k running 300 hp and a sc s2k running 300hp. With proper tuning, will the turbo be a better performing vehicle in straight line performance, or will the sc?

I know that the turbo increases power delivery down low, and the sc is more of a linear increase which is similar to the stock delivery of power in the s2k. But side by side, if both cars were at 300hp and one was turbo and the other sc, which would pull ahead? Thanks.
