Turbonator
The key words here being "UP TO." This could have been tested on a '78 deisel VW Rabbit and attained those results. On other car there may be no gain at all or even a loss. I am sure that aluminum vane in the intake could be an obstruction in some high RPM cars like the S2000.
This issue (banner ads for the Turbonator) came up on another forum I used to frequent, one associated with my previous car.
It seems that there "ad agencies" that peddle banner ads to sites such as this (and pay the site operators for it), and the ads are bundled according to relevant topics. So, quite often the admins don't really know what's going to show up until it does. Apparently, there are "don't show" lists that the admins can send back if certain products are deemed objectionable.
So I don't think it's appropriate to flame the S2Ki folks for the Turbonator ad, despite the fact that (IMO, and in most other informed people's opinions as well) it's nothing more than a placebo for performance improvement. Personally, I'd rather invest in that new, improved, synthetic exhaust lubricant -- it's been shown to increase performance with "up to 50HP gains". HPH

Let them spend their advertizing dollars to support this great site. I know they don't work and would not buy one. Besides I am saving up for a Turbo Exhaust Whistle....up to 100 HP...
