Default Two things I really need help on.

Hi, I have a 2003 s2000 with 35k on it. I have a click sound when i accelerate from a stop from the passenger rear tire. Could this be a CV joints with a car that only has 35k? I also have a vibration when i go over 75mph like my tires are not balanced. The front tires are brand new. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Try to balance all the tires first, that's the easiest problem to eliminate. If that did not solve the vibration, it's most likely CV Joints. And yes it can be a CV at 35k. I think it's the weakest link in the S2000 drivetrain.
The 2004 and up S2000 has CDV which usually delays clutch engagement when there is no tire spin and too much load is delivered to the flywheel. And thus diff and CVs last a little longer.

The clicking could be a number of things. Do a search for the Rear Axle Nut and see if your symptoms sound like anyone else's.

had a nasty vibration on my02 and balanced the tires, redid alignment, and swapped the CV cups but the vibration was still there. sat down tonight and swapped out my old axles for new ones in 1.5 hrs and smooth as silk again!

good luck with that, but i would put money on the CV's.......just my .02
