Two Transmission TSB's on '03's
The NHTSB site (the address of which I've lost) showed two TSB's on '03 transmissions. Since I continue to have an issue with getting into third gear until the transmission is fully warmed up, I would like to know what the TSB's say in some detail. Is there a way to do this?
I think you mean NHTSA.

Sorry, I don't know how to see any more detail for free. Maybe someone else can contribute.

Thanks. I had somehow merged the NHTSA and the NTSB in my head! (Too many years in aviation, I guess.)
I guess neither of these applies to my situation. Could it possibly still be a break-in issue, since I have a little less than 2,000 mi.? It's sort of like the synchro is going bad until the transmission warms up and then it's perfect.

Hi:
I thought a slight rattle at 2k rpm was normal -- high performance transmission optimised for performance rather than noise, plus how close it sits to the driver. It has always done it on my MY02. I think this is why most auto makers put in automatic trannies in these days. Less headaches from user mistakes and so on.
